Located just outside of Old San Juan, the Luis A. Ferre Building was designed and constructed to support the parking and office needs of the Capital building employees and legislators.  Approximately 750 vehicles may be accommodated within five (5) levels of the 228,0000 square foot. enclosed parking building. The office and concession building is comprised of legislative offices, conference rooms and public hearing rooms in addition to concession areas.

Las Marias City Hall
This simple remodeling project provided improvements to the exterior façade of this important building at the central plaza of the town. Improvements included new windows and doors as well as a handicapped lift at the entrance to the building
