Jesusa Vizcarrondo Middle School was one of the educational facilities constructed under the “School Boom 2000” program of the Puerto Rico educational system.  The school campus is situated on approximately 5.5 acres of property and consists of 43 classrooms, gymnasium, library, cafeteria, community meeting area among others.  The school was designed with a tropical layout that utilizes an interior patio to provide cross ventilation throughout the school’s facilities.  It was given the Outstanding Building award for Middle Schools of 2005 by School & University magazine. See the article

Guayama Campus
Infrastructure & Student
Services Building
As part of the expansion of the University based in the metropolitan San Juan area, the architects were contracted by Interamerican University to design the new campus layout for their Guayama campus including its infrastructure.  Also included in the project was the Student Services Center building which was designed to accommodate the offices of the president of the university, the department deans, the registrar and other student hall spaces for student activities and gatherings.
