ABACUS Architecture presents to it’s clients, a multi-generational design and engineering firm in Puerto Rico, creating Quality Environments.

In December of 2006, Hernan Hernández AIA formed ABACUS Architecture with the help of Homar Hernández AAIA. The creation of Abacus in San Juan, Puerto Rico, melds the experience and wisdom of Mr. Hernández with with the youthful energy and creative dynamism of Homar. Presently, ABACUS has projects in-house which range from interior design to site planning. The staff of professionals includes architects, engineers & interior designers.

Landscape architects, permit expeditors, estimators, surveyors and engineers round out our consultant base.  In terms of equipment and resources, all of our design drawings are produced with CAD programs and state-of-the-art equipment. “At ABACUS our intention is to bring a distinct level of quality to every project, creating a solution that meets our client’s needs as well as their budget.”
