This proposed luxury resort is to be located on the southwest tip of Puerto Rico in the town of Cabo Rojo. The design ncludes 90 guest rooms and an 18 hole golf course, tennis courts, spa and swimming pools as well as meeting and banquet facilities. The total area for the project construction is approximately 543,860 square feet.
