As part of the expansion of the University based in the metropolitan San Juan area, the architects were contracted by Interamerican University to design the new campus layout for their Guayama campus including its infrastructure.  Also included in the project was the Student Services Center building which was designed to accommodate the offices of the president of the university, the department deans, the registrar and other student hall spaces for student activities and gatherings.
