Located just outside of Old San Juan, the Luis A. Ferré Building was designed and constructed to support the parking and office needs of the Capital building employees and legislators.  Approximately 750 vehicles may be accommodated within five (5) levels of the 228, 000 square foot enclosed parking building. The office and concession building is comprised of legislative offices, conference rooms and public hearing rooms in addition to concession areas.
